Vintage Property Management made our dreams come true! Several years ago we were fortunate to buy a house in Carmel, but living on the East coast we wondered how would we be able to protect and maintain our California home. Our realtor recommended we talk to Juliet and Melissa, and it was one of the best pieces of advice we ever received. After meeting the team all our concerns went away. VPM checked on our home every week and meticulously arranged for any maintenance issues to be immediately addressed. From caring for the roof, gutters, cleaning the windows, and preparing the house for our arrival, so that walking into our home felt like arriving at a five star hotel. We were welcomed with soft lighting, our favorite music playing, and the fridge stocked to our liking. Knowing that we were only one text, email or phone call away from reaching one of the fabulous staff at VPM was very reassuring. Juliet, Melissa and Nadine are always extremely professional, incredibly helpful and available at a moments notice. However busy they are, they always make you feel like you are their only client. When the property you are renting out is nine time zones from where you live, it’s necessary to have property managers that you can absolutely trust. Vintage Property Management has more than filled that role for us. As first-time landlords we felt very tentative about finding tenants and maintaining our Carmel house without the help of managers who would immediately let us know of any problems and who could attend to those problems with the minimum of input from us. Vintage Property Management has found us excellent tenants and has responded to all our maintenance issues without delay, much to the satisfaction of both our tenants and ourselves. Our first experience with Vintage Property Management was when we rented a house in Carmel through them. They were by far the most responsive of all the property management groups we contacted.
